Mark your calendars! The next Youth Worker Academy Forum will be held on January 23rd! The Youth Worker Academy is a ministry of the Presbytery of Philadelphia dedicated to training, supporting, and providing opportunities to network and connect for those adults who work with young people. The next YWA forum will be held on January 23, 2010 9:30am-1:30pm Overbrook Presbyterian Church (6376 City Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19151). The topic is youth and worship – we’ll be discussing everything from Youth Sundays to why youth don’t come on Sunday mornings to youth liturgists and youth-specific worship experiences. As always, there will be good food and better company! Note that the new discounted cost is $20/church (unlimited members per church).
