Recycle and Help the Homeless at the Same Time!

A group of ladies at Wood River Village has been making sleeping bags for the homeless by recycling discarded woolen or wool blend clothing. If you have any old coats, men’s or women’s suits, slacks, skirts or dresses please donate them to this worthy cause. In each sleeping bag they include a woolen cap, a pair of warm gloves or mittens, a scarf and a copy of the Upper Room. You may bring your donated clothing to our church on any given Sunday and we will make sure that it finds its way to Wood River Village.
