BENSALEM PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH

300 Years and Still Growing! Come Grow with Us!

Adult Education and Nurture Committee

Your committee has been meeting over the summer to review the success of previous programs and to work on class topics for the upcoming year. A few topics being considered are:

  • A Heart Offered: John Calvin After 500 Years

  • Parenting Our Parents: Being An Adult Caregiver

  • Stations of  the Cross: Traditional Piety For Reformed Christians

  • Transitions: The Psychological Challenges of  Aging

Watch the weekly announcements for our Fall offerings as plans mature.

We are anxious to provide you with classes, presentations, workshops, and learning experiences that will help you in your own Christian growth and development, presented in a format that allows you to fully participate despite increasingly hectic lives. We know that adult classes cannot be one-size-fits-all, and need to be geared to the interests, needs, and schedules of our various and varied membership. We want to reach as many of you as is possible. So we need your input.

The committee next meets after the second service, September 21st at 12:30 p.m. Come join us! If you can’t make it, and have ideas for possible courses or topics you would like to explore, either e-mail me at e-harding@comcast.net or call me at 215-752-1758.

Please let us hear from you.

Ed Harding, Chair

We are still collecting soda can tabs for McDonald’s.

During this heavy soda season, please don’t forget to save them. Other tabs are also welcome – from fruit cans, cat food, dog food, etc.
